  ‘DEVIL'S STAIRCASE'

2 ½ km from the River Garden Nature & Adventure Activity Centre up the Colombo – Badulla road is the starting point for this hair-raising 4WD adventure up the 32 hair-pin bends of the 21 km drive to the borders of the mystical Horton Plains National Park.
 
  ‘SATAN'S STEPS'

This 15 km drive passes by some of the hill country's most beautiful scenery including Sri Lanka's highest waterfall – the Bambarakanda falls.  It is easily accessible from the River Garden Nature & Adventure Activity Centre.
 
  ‘MAKARA' (DRAGON) DRIVE
This fascinating drive from the entrance of the Gal Oya National Park to the Gal Oya reservoir itself crosses 3 streams along the way, adding to the excitement of this jeep adventure.
 
  ‘SUNSET SAND-DUNE ADVENTURE'
5 km from the captivating fishing town of Kalpitiya is the location for an unforgettable 4WD adventure across the sand dunes between the Kalpitiya lagoon and the Indian Ocean.  With no one else but the donkeys to share the beach with, it's a truly unique experience to be treasured for many years to come.  Towards the end of the peninsular you will reach the tiny village of Kirimundal where the residents work together as a really community, completely cut off from the main town, even digging holes in the ground to access their water supply.  On returning back to the main beach you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea and quench your thirst with a cold drink whilst you watch the sun go down!
