The 6-day wildlife tour was meticulously organized, offering an immersive experience into Sri Lanka’s rich biodiversity. The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, enhancing our understanding of the ecosystems we explored. The only minor downside was the long drives between some destinations, which were a bit tiring. Nonetheless, each location’s unique wildlife and scenery compensated for the travel time.

Embarking on the ‘Short & Full Wildlife Escape’ was a dream come true. The highlight was undoubtedly the game drive in Yala National Park, where we were fortunate to spot a sloth bear—a rare and unexpected sighting! The accommodations were comfortable, blending luxury with the raw beauty of nature. However, the early morning starts were a bit challenging, especially for someone who isn’t a morning person. But the breathtaking wildlife encounters made every early wake-up call worthwhile

This tour exceeded my expectations in every way. The diverse landscapes, from dense jungles to open plains, provided varied wildlife sightings. The highlight was the evening safari in Udawalawe, where we observed a herd of elephants up close. The accommodations were well-appointed, though I wished we had more free time to relax at some of the beautiful lodges. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Participating in the ‘Short & Full Wildlife Escape’ was an unforgettable adventure. The itinerary was well-balanced, offering both thrilling safaris and cultural insights. The visit to the Elephant Transit Home was particularly moving, showcasing the conservation efforts in Sri Lanka. The only slight drawback was the heat during midday excursions, but the guides ensured we had plenty of water and breaks. The passion and expertise of the staff made this journey truly special.
